Job Details

Ensure monthly sales targets of his/her are is achieved.

Set up forecast per product and monthly pareto outlet within the area of his/her assignment.

Ensure each HCR / Exec HCR has SALES TARGET that is relevant to each area's potential consideration

Ensure all HCR/Exec. HCR within his/her team achieve all sales targets : monthly, quarterly and yearly

Ensure each HCR/Exec. HCR makes monthly program/plan that include MCP, sales forecast, and marketing activity

Conduct monthly coordination meeting with distributor where the respective AM will routinely ensure forecasted sales are achieved towards the products that become his/her responsibility; this includes ability to calculate product availbility in each branch.

Do regular potential and competition analysis on areas which belong to all his/her respective subordinate HCR/Exec. HCR.

Provide inputs to Sales Managers and Marketing team on effectiveness of executed marketing activities.

Prepare monthly expense report through PT&E, ie: advance, up country, phone bills, marketing activity dan others

Do sales operation with integrity, according to SOP and company compliance standards.

Ensure that all administration related to customer activities are aligned with pertaining MAPP policy.
