Job Details

**Financial control and compliance monitoring activities:**

+ Drive the smooth process for FCPA transactions' approvals and review, get alinement from CWG (Compliance, Legal, Medical, GCO) on the policy interpretation, supervise lead time of the team performed, and give the proper communication to the business on the process of business requests application and payment.

+ Perform risk-based sample selection of meeting visit, review the visit results performed by specialist and give the direction of follow-up for any issue found.

+ Design financial control activities and compliance checking points to ensure the authenticity and legitimacy of a FCPA transaction and completeness of supporting documents.

+ Evaluate the risk and the workload to determine the revision of the checking points according to policy & SOP and business requirements.

+ Responsible for working with appropriate groups supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of system to address and mitigate defined compliance risk areas.

+ Timely report significant findings/violations to Global Compliance. **Setup an effective communication channel**

+ Responsible of risk assessment and provide dashboard to company leadership team, based on the data analysis of FCPA transactions and typical cases, in order to flag risk and increase internal control and compliance awareness.

+ Lead the team to provide Finance/Compliance training to company-wide requestors on policy & SOP and system operation requirement on routine or ad-hoc basis.

+ Participate company CWG - Compliance Working Group for the cases need to escalated or drown their special attentions, and for the revision of policy & SOP. **Team management**

+ Perform spot and double check process and ensure the accuracy of expense report validation of team members.

+ Design team's KPI, monitor and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of execution of the team

+ Liaison with other Finance Compliance (Associate) Managers to ensure the alignment of working procedures cross regional teams.

+ Manage team budget and support decision making on resource allocation
