Reporting to the Account Director and supporting the Account Supervisors, the Assistant Account Executive is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of advertising campaigns and programs. The AAE will work closely with all agency staff members in planning, analyzing and evaluating information for both programs and projects and in managing assigned activities.




  • Develop weekly status reports to review with Client and other internal team members

  • Understand client scope of work and recognize out of scope projects

  • Coordinate with Compliance and legal

  • Manage billings for projects and clients

  • Help develop workable budgets and plans

  • Collaborating with the AE and Account Supervisor in preparation of recommendations, marketing strategies and actions for the client

  • Maintains communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain positive relationship between agency and client

  • Set up complete and orderly project work plans on a timely basis

  • Prioritize assigned projects and revises plans when required

  • Handle work flow on assigned projects so that no agency-caused project due-date extensions or revisions are required

  • Develop complete project conference and status reports per agency guidelines

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; a degree from a marketing / communications field preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of marketing or advertising experience in an account services role preferred; relevant internships recognized

  • Understanding of digital advertising trends and a foundation in marketing management desirable

  • Proficiency with MS Office products and understanding of technical creative process

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills to be able to present ideas and viewpoint confidently

  • Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and project management
