Position Summary:

Arbour Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated, seasoned professional to partner with the Director to provide day-to-day management to a highly successful, expansive K-12 program.

Some of your duties will be:

  • Supervision of staff
  • Hiring, training and support of clinical staff
  • Regular consultation with our school contacts
  • Oversee utilization review and other audit, regulatory standards
  • Maintain overall mission and vision of the program

There are additional duties and this person must be willing to be flexible, collegial, and collaborative.

Arbour Health System (AHS) is the leading provider of behavioral health in Massachusetts. Arbour Counseling Services is a division of AHS that consists of outpatient locations throughout the State. ACS offers a full range of programs and clinical specialties to serve the mentally ill population. Requirements

 

  • Master's degree in Social Work Psychology, Special Education or related program from an accredited college or university.
  • LICSW or LMHC required
  • Minimum  of 5 years experience working with urban youth and families
  • Minimum of 3 years(preferred) working in a community health setting
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass all pre-employment testing to include a CORI and Drug Screen
  • Must have proper valid documents for Homeland Security I9 documentation for employment. We will not sponsor any candidate.
