Partner Operations strives daily to provide a best-in-class experience for our internal and external partners. The Assistant Manager will oversee small to mid-size projects that impact partner experience such documenting processes, facilitating ad-hoc communication to partners and supporting team initiatives.



The Assistant Manager will:

Manage bite-size to mid-size Partner Operations tasks and projects, going above and beyond to deliver the best partner experience

Thrive in a dynamic environment and proactively seek opportunities to jump in and assist

Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity



Ideal candidates will be:

Exceptional communicators, both in written correspondence and in-person conversations with cross-functional partners and external contacts

Eager to learn about the Partner Operations business

Comfortable with ambiguity and displays initiative when asked to figure something out with little supervision

Min qualifications

Bachelors degree and 2+ years retail, support or operations experience, or 4 years related experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
