We are looking for an AVP of Loyalty. You’ll be responsible for managing the products, experiences, services and offers that make us special at AT&T. You’ll be tasked with driving usage of the products and experiences we have in market like Plenti. You’ll responsible for driving the enhancements and features that will make our products better and our customers feel appreciated. You’ll manage the numbers that prove we’re doing the right things and make the recommendations to make us awesome. This is a big job that creates customer appreciation and makes the changes needed to knock it out the park. If this scares you, you’re not right for this role.

Working in the Marketing Strategy and Customer Loyalty team means you get better at what you already do well. You’ll have a product management mentality if not background. You’ll be a great marketer. You’ll understand the wireless and video industry. Above all, you’ll be passionate about the customer. You’ll do everything you can already to be a customer advocate. You’ll protect the customer. You’ll find ways to make them feel appreciated.

Team: 22 product directors and managers

**Key Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:**

+ Lead the strategy for AT&T THANKS, our industry leading loyalty program

+ Build an appreciation roadmap to create a rolling thunder of launches and drive continued engagement and usage

+ Work hands-on with the product execution team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets your requirements

+ Drive awareness and usage of the AT&T THANKS program through marketing activities and product enhancements

+ Be results focused. Balance the customer need with the business results of reduced churn from appreciation. Own the churn reduction number

+ Partner with Finance, Advanced Analytics and Pricing to determine cost-benefit analysis and business case for products

+ Be anthropologist! Be inquisitive about how best-in-class brands are stretching themselves to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

+ Ensure effective measurement of product usage and engagement and interpretation of metrics to drive the right outcomes

+ Ability to simply and effectively communicate complex concepts and product stories.

+ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study

+ MBA preferred
