This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing general administrative support for the PBC Waterloo location.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform Full Line Vending Admin duties: Kiosk Invoices, Receipts, APS, Route, Changer/Machines & Customer Maintenance, Maintain Cash Log, Coupons, Credit Card True ups, OCS Invoices, Route Audits, Daily & Period Reports, assist with inventory reconciliation & etc.
    • Support other Iowa FLV duties as assigned.
  • Back up FLV Cashier
  • Assist with answering incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Greet and direct visitors at the location
  • Provide support with creating House Route Handheld invoices for customers picking up product at location, Redemption Credit Invoices and other invoices needed
  • Accounts Receivable Support - Arc Tree cases
  • Assist with monitoring the Customer Response System queue to resolve cases timely.
  • Multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Perform general administrative work including but not limited to running reports, copying, filing, & faxing
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Distribute mail and overnight packages. Ensure mail is properly stamped and mailed on a daily basis.
  • Provide timely and efficient service to internal and external customers.
  • Other duties, special projects and cross training as assigned.

Basic Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable in a digital environment
  • Ability to work independently and under time constraints with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to influence others
  • Ability to lift approximately 30 - 50 lb. coin bags and/or boxes when providing back up in cashier room
  • Must be able to work overtime as required, including Saturday of period ends

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience
