Department Summary

Ensuring our customers get the right product in the right place and at the right time is important to the Supply Chain & Logistics team. From supply planning and order management to fulfillment and transportation, our expanding omnichannel supply chain anticipates Walmart.com customers’ needs. Position Summary


  • Supports and executes complex and multi-variable recurring and ad-hoc requests for data or data set-up


  • Identify areas of opportunity to mitigate supply chain inefficiencies through the development and upkeep of operational tools and reports.


  • Troubleshoot data issues and work with internal business partners to derive and build customized reports to investigate opportunities.


  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions


  • Solves complex operational and data setup problems/issues


  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Walmart.com operational data analysis and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans


  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Supports and executes complex and multi-variable recurring and ad-hoc requests for data or data set-up


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations research, statistics, or STEM related fields


  • Required experience: 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or in a business analyst capacity.


  • Manages multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met and data output is accurate.


  • Ensures integrity and efficiency of reports and data.


  • Effective communication skills to reach multiple levels of the organization,


  • Required mastered skills: MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Access, SQL and database mining knowledge.


Additional Preferred Qualifications


  • Preferred experience: 2+ years of data management experience, including query development, root-cause analysis, and dashboard optimization


  • eCommerce experience a plus


  • Experience in Tableau, Visual Basic, and with advanced Macros a plus
