Primary Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Incoming physician and Members calls
  • Resolve Customer Service inquiries for Long Term Care (LTC) members which could include:
  • Entering notifications and Providers' status of an existing notification, and determining if notification is required
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to both Providers and Members
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards 
    while maintaining good attendance
  • Create and process faxes and emails
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Previous Healthcare experience
  • Previous experience working in an office setting
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel (create correspondence, editing, performing data entry, and maintaining spreadsheets)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • Experience with Healthcare Customer Service or a Medicare and / or Medicaid environment
  • ICD-10 and CPT Coding experience
  • Experience with Long-Term Care or Support Services
  • Experience with Medicare / Medicaid
  • Experience with Medical Terminology
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
