**ROLE SUMMARY**



The BT Collaboration Center of Excellence (CCoE) Associate Business Adoption role creates communications and business adoption materials to ensure Pfizer colleagues can simply and effectively adopt Pfizer's collaboration tools. The individual in this role, under the direct guidance of the Collaboration CoE Strategy, Operations and Business Adoption Director, supports the progression of Pfizer's overall collaboration strategy.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Assist in the creation of presentations, videos, reports and BT On Demand content (Knowledge Based Articles) which educate users about CCoE activities and increase awareness of service offerings



+ Create and maintain 'How-To' instructions (Knowledge Based Articles) on all Collaboration tools owned by the CCoE.



+ Create and maintain training materials in support of BT Boot Camps that drive adoption and colleague confidence in collaboration tools



+ Creation of technical documentation in support of collaboration tool implementation initiatives



+ Partner with key team members to ensure all materials are kept current and support Pfizer's collaboration strategy



+ Perform end user training in collaboration tool technologies



+ Provide support to all change management initiatives designed to enhance the organizational adoption of existing and new collaboration service offerings



+ Arrange year-round events and ensure short term members - interns, summer workers and Rotational Colleagues - experience the CCoE team's culture of connectedness. Manage team Get Together agendas.







**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Information Systems



+ 2 years of experience communicating business change







**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Experience preferably related to IT services & solutions in a Pharmaceutical R &D environment
