Are you a subject matter expert using Six Sigma methodology in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Assist us with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as an Associate Director - Six Sigma Initiatives to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers. You'll investigate non-standard requests and problems, make presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

This position can be a telecommuting or office based position. Travel up to 70% is required.


New Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise groups like Sales and Solutioning teams through project scoping, resource estimation, and pricing of new reengineering opportunities
  • Deal Management:
    • Define program structure for reengineering consulting engagements and develop proposals to meet the client's requirements while satisfying policies, processes and financial requirements
    • Defines acceptance criteria for each project deliverable, works with the team(s) to establish delivery dates, and ensure they meet all customer acceptance criteria, securing sign-off on each deliverable

Delivery Management:

  • Managing a team of up to 10 Six Sigma Black Belts, ensuring delivery exceeds customer expectations. This is accomplished through use of proven methodologies (internal & ext), global best practices, quality processes, and proactive reviews
  • Provide consultation on the use of complex Re-engineering techniques, work with process transformation teams in methods and tools
  • Track and report the performance of the engagement, the quality of project deliverables and reports on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan
  • Work closely with project managers to take corrective action on projects not meeting quality, schedule, budget, or other measures of success defined by the customer
  • Establishes performance review mechanisms, monitor project calendar, lead mile stone reviews and measures of success discussions with stakeholders
