**Job Summary**

Pfizer Consumer Healthcare is a worldwide leader in the research, development, and marketing of innovative and iconic products, including three of the five top selling OTC brands in the U.S.: Advil, Robitussin, and Centrum.

We currently have a career opportunity at our Madison, NJ headquarters for a Display Innovation Associate. This role will be responsible for the development and project management of display and promotional products for an assigned Business Unit from conception to retail implementation. This colleague will partner with the Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance departments to deliver and support the overall Display Innovation and Supply Chain team.


Project management from conception to retail implemenation of an entire PCH Business Unit for nearly 100 short cycle projects annually. Projects include everything from bonus packs and IRC's to multi-million dollar custom displays for larger customers.

Key liaison for all promotional projects (displays, special-packs, etc.) for assigned BU, between field sales, vendor and internal functions i.e. Sales Strategy, Marketing, Demand Planning, Replenishment and Finance. Accountable for maintaining transparency for changes to programs including: product mix, volume, timing, and costs.

Thorough understanding of brand and class of trade strategies specific to assigned business, leverage this to develop innovative merchandising solutions that drive POS while remaining cost efficient.

Manage custom open stock/display request workflow and approval process

Collaborate and leverage relationships with suppliers to provide innovative and cost effective display solutions for assigned BU

Principal sourcing agents for merchandising displays based on Marketing & Sales requirements, giving consideration to product containment, cost limitations, legal requirements and display structure

Identify and implement cost savings / avoidance initiatives to meet annual targets. Including analysis of cost to sales ratio by program, waste elimination, and component harmonization.

Completion of material master workflow and set-up for all display and promotional SKUs in SAP

Preparation and/or verification of all display and promotional open stock documentation (e.g. bill of materials, display specifications, shipping case labels, plant assembly instructions and display plan-o-grams)


+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, project management or related engineering field preferred

+ 0-3 years experience working in a CPG display, supply chain, or project management role

+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills across all levels of the organization

+ Demonstrated analytical and technical skills, comfort using multiple systems.

+ Experienced with analytical/business intelligence tools.

+ Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills

+ Ability to work effectively with all levels and within team environments

+ PC proficiency in Microsoft Office products
