In this position, you'll couple your positive attitude, superb organizational skills and deep understanding of ADP to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in support of one or more executives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assist in the quarterly budgeting process  Prepare monthly journal entries into the firm's General Ledger  Coordinate monthly and quarterly emails to global team  Update and prepare monthly and quarterly financial documents in Excel and PowerPoint  Create work instructions and best practices materials related to our new financial tools  Answer ad hoc questions related to expenses and investigate GS expense process flows Requirements:  Bachelor's degree  0-2 years' experience in similar setting  Client-service mindset  Ability to work in a fast paced environment  Strong problem solving and multitasking skills  Interest and aptitude to learn new technical systems  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills  Exceptional attention to detail  Strong MS Excel (including experience with VLookup and creating Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint skills  Interest in Data Visualizations or experience in Tableau a plus #cb# LISVCTD #LISERVICE
