The Corporate Marketing Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Graphic Designer.

 

The Associate Graphic Designer conceptualizes, designs and produces a wide range of advertising materials for hospitals and corporate including brochures, ads, direct mail, invitations, billboards, flyers and posters as well as web ads and social media graphics.  Participates with Senior Designers in print production, resizes and reprints, which includes a high volume of mounting, laminating and trimming posters.  Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while keeping extreme attention to detail.  Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Participates with Senior Designers in print production, poster production and reprints/resizes.
  • Develops concept; collaborates with Copywriters; handles revisions; obtains extensive departmental and client approvals; sends to printers; and delivers final product. Updates existing or creates new collateral for hospitals.
  • Performs other duties as defined by Lead Designer
Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

  •  BA in graphics or related field with 1-3 years related experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in print production and design
  • Very strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and minor supervision
  • Ability to take direction and learn quickly
  • Ability to clearly articulate policies and instructions
  • Ability to work independently and with team
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities and follow-through
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results
