The Customer Value Center's (CVC) goal is to retain existing life insurance customers and to provide an outstanding Customer Experience for our clients, agents, and brokers. We also provide value-added service to those clients requiring complex and customized service.


In this position, the Associate Manager will lead and support a team of 8-10 Securities-Registered and Life Insurance Licensed Retention Representatives.  This individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the team by providing both administrative and technical support. Strong leadership skills and staff development are key attributes for this position.


Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics.
  • Managing the talent on the team.
  • Analyzing associate/team data and identifying growth and developmental opportunities.
  • When appropriate, work with coaches and other resources to develop coaching plans for each individual on the team.
  • Managing projects as assigned. Multiple projects are assigned to all associate managers with aggressive due dates.


  • Experience managing a team required
  • Excellent written an oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven success coaching staff, and partnering with peers as well as associates in other business units.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Prudential's Performance Management process is a plus as hiring and planning is an important component of this role.
  • FINRA series 6,63 and 26 (Registered Principal) and Texas Life licensed (incumbent will have 6 months to attain).

We are a call center open from 10AM - 6PM Mountain Time. The Associate Managers provide coverage during these hours and the shifts  are rotated. The individual selected will work occasional late evenings at least one day per week. These hours are scheduled in advance.
