The Associate Manager, Enrollment Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing enrollment campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing enrollment plans for customers and driving the marketing discussions to achieve participation goals.
Major Responsibilities include:
Responsible for development and implementation of customer specific marketing and project plans recommending marketing engagement approaches to drive increased participation
Partner with internal teams, operations, Distribution and centralized teams to drive digital strategies around enrollment by positioning the digital value proposition
Continue to refine the internal process to drive efficiencies and scale to manage volume
Contribute to the learning agenda through client and distribution interactions to bring best practices and insights which will ultimately help to optimize engagement and improve internal processes.
Partner with teams to ensure that campaigns are on budget as well as metrics and participation are being measured to refine approach.
Bachelor's degree a plus
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
Experience with digital marketing and new marketing trends
Demonstrated ability to build out a marketing plan
Proven analytical skills enabling the individual to collaborate with others to identify potential solutions and to think objectively
Strong project management skills, with high attention to detail. Able to handle large volume of projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of the company, industry, products and services
Ability to work independently to achieve objectives, seeking manager's input as needed
