Description:

As an organization, we are in the process of fundamentally evolving how the Insights function shapes the way PepsiCo understands, leverages and shapes behaviors and expectations. A facet of this journey is developing and embedding functional enablers that deliver against the transformation agenda of driving organic net revenue growth and increasing ROII.

This role will be critical to achieving the Insights Transformation goal of increasing ROII globally by helping associates share effective practices and insights via technology enablers such as the Global Practice Networks (GPNs) and the Budget & Knowledge Hub. The person in this role will be expected to support these tools' current configurations while driving further user-friendly improvements aimed at increasing engagement and helping foster Global Insights connections. This role will also require the individual to strategize, plan and coordinate support for the Global insights Council's efforts related to the Transformation or other high visibility projects. Management of these efforts will include the creation, development, deployment and marketing of engagement programs/ insights socialization campaigns. This is a high visibility role that will work across all levels and geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director, Global Insights Strategy & Communications to develop and execute strategies to increase engagement in technology enablers globally
  • Drive use of the Global Practice Networks through communication, training and ongoing support, including regular interface with users and work with the technology support to solve issues
  • Coordinate with the Hub Project Manager in rolling-out and embedding the Knowledge Hub. This includes running trainings, creating and developing communications to drive engagement/usage, and gathering user feedback to drive future improvements.
  • Manage and oversee the organization of the Global Insights Portal
  • Develop and publish the Global Insights Quarterly Newsletter and PEPFeed articles
  • Socialize global insights awards and other insights to drive learn & adopt as well as driving ROII on past work
  • Proactively contribute expertise/skills and partner with Capability Area leads to help drive Transformation vision


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience leading a marketing, market research/insights/analytics, competitive intelligence or other similar function with demonstrated ability to manage function in a complex environment with multiple constituencies, preferably in the consumer packaged goods space
  • BA/BS required (Masters preferred)
  • Communication:
    • Strong communication skills and ability to design and implement engaging communications strategies
  • Technology Savvy:
    • Although this is not a programming role, a high level of technology fluency is required; must be able to learn quickly, author, and maintain multiple platforms. Creative design and accessible UX must be at the forefront of all communications, changes, and tools
    • Experience managing content to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information within an organization
    • Quickly analyze and find connections between disparate sets of data and content to facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practices
  • Organizational Savvy:
    • Able to influence and work through others to effectively navigate organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed and educated
  • Project Management:
    • Highly analytical, motivated, decisive leader with excellent managerial skills.
    • Proven experience developing and leading teams to achieve the goals and objectives set forth
    • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
    • Possess skillset to act as the liaison between business, IT, and vendors where necessary
  • General:
    • Strong track record of taking data-informed risks for the long-term benefit of the organization and is thereby considered an extremely progressive thought-leader
    • Demonstrates a sense of calmness under periods of uncertainty or change while dealing with stress in a manner that sets the necessary tone for the team and function
