**Position Summary** Act as HR Client Facing Business Partner to manage daily HR services to colleagues and HR operations; provide coaching and advices to people managers to manage people responsibilities; be Country Operations Lead working closely with HR BOS Lead and Regional HR Teams to review and implement HR Projects/Priorities.







**Position Responsibilities** **Talent Acquisition**







+ Support full-life cycle recruitment needs for the business including direct sourcing techniques, consultative skills, and compensation, ensuring that every stage from the raising of the initial staff requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles



+ Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process



+ Coordinate on-boarding logistics with different stakeholders



+ Conduct HR formality for new hires







**HR Operational Supports**







+ Communicate and execute HR policies and operational procedures



+ Administer the effectiveness of HR operations processes and identifies opportunities and solutions for improvements



+ Ensure all HR policies and practices are executed in full compliance with global policy and local legislation; report findings and propose advices when appropriate



+ Manage enhancement and setting modification of both global (PeopleSoft/Workday) and local systems (triMPF and eLeave) to meet operations needs and legislative changes



+ Ensure the employee data accuracy and manage global and local HR system functionalities.



+ Revamp and manage HR on Demand Portal



+ Oversee p files, O chart and email distribution list update



+ Cooperate with company appointed auditors for annual company







**Compensation and Benefits**







+ Support compensation and benefits operations including monthly payroll , final payment, pension, eLeave, insurance plan, staff purchase program and other miscellaneous benefits plan administration



+ Manage and coach people managers employment change processes including probation completion, visa expiry, contract renewals, merit and promotion



+ Conduct departure sessions for leavers



+ Lead employer tax returns filing including annual filing(IR56B) and termination (IR56F/G); work closely with company appointed tax consultant and Global Mobility Team on tax filing matters for expatriates and local plus



+ Consolidate and review data for industrial surveys



+ Lead annual year end cycle support, report generation, data migration/verification and staff communication



+ Lead annual insurance plan renewal exercise including benefits reviews, premium negotiation, member details verification, system testing, staff communication and payment settlement







**HR Projects**







+ Support HR BOS Lead and work closely with Regional C&B and company appointed consultant to conduct total reward reviews to ensure market competitiveness and equity; participate new proposal approval, staff communications and implementation



+ Support HR BOS Lead and work closely with Regional HR teams for execute on local deployment of new HR solutions - Workday



+ Prepare headcount and staff cost budget / forecast / report on request



+ Customize and cascade global and regional HR news; clarify when required







**Education & Experience**







+ Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines



+ Possess 5 years of HR experience ideally in a fast-pacing and matrix organization; with solid experience in HR operations preferred



+ Mature, adaptable, flexible and able to solve problems in logical and practical approach



+ Must possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions



+ Ability to foster positive and influential relationships with people from all levels



+ Must be knowledgeable with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance and Provident Fund matters



+ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
