With the help of some of the brightest minds in technology, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, talent and more, we are reimagining the intersection of digital and physical shopping to help achieve that mission.Job Title:Associate Manager, OperationsPosition Summary:- Returns and Root Cause Analysis: Addresses product and operational root cause drivers of returns within division. Conducts analyses to identify products with highest percentage of returns and analyzes reasons for/cause of returns. Researches third party services to help reduce returns. Holds discussions with merchants and suppliers to implement adjustments to drive enhancement and improvement to reduce return rates. Inspects returned merchandise to avoid fraudulent returns. Tracks KPIs and key performance metrics.

- Quality and Operational Performance to Limit/Reduce Returns: Conducts site visits of fulfillment centers to ensure acceptable quality control standards are met. Tracks carrier and vendor returns performance and ensures all actions are completed in accordance with policies and procedures and aligned with customer commitment. Identifies products historically prone to damage and facilitates transit testing with vendors.

- Collaboration: Collaborates with internal partners to understand root cause drivers in each specific area (e.g., Category Management, suppliers) and implement solutions for improvement.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:- Returns and Root Cause Analysis: Addresses product and operational root cause drivers of returns within division. #LI-KA2Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Business OR 2-4 years experience in Supply Chain or related field

- Proficient in MS ExcelAdditional Preferred Qualifications:- Masters Degree in Supply Chain or related field
