You will help hold marketplace sellers accountable to a high level of performance by fairly enforcing our policies while assisting in continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction. You will use your business acumen to determine ways to improve the program, decreasing the amount of time spent on enforcement and raising transparency for the seller community.

You work within world-class team of collaborative colleagues and have access to industry-leading tools and technology to help you analyze and interpret customer, partner, market, business and financial insights at scale. o Manage and execute the Seller Performance program for marketplace sellers both at Jet & Walmart side

o We need a dedicated resource to ensure that we are treating our sellers fairly but hold them accountable when they fall below contractual obligations.

Reporting: Create and maintain the performance management reporting monthly for the whole program

Summarize seller issues & give feedback to the respective business/engineering teams

Seller Performance reporting for both platforms

Improve seller satisfaction through managing a fair and transparent program

Voice of Seller - Be responsive to seller data and internal communication requests. Communicate cross- functionally to understand factors outside of the sellers control and bring it to our attention

o Utilize program metrics and trends to coach SLC support team to improve customer satisfaction and financial results.



Seller NPS is a new goal as we work to become a world class partner to our third part seller. It is essential when we are having an impact to their bottom line that we treat them with respect, are responsive to their questions, and firm but fair in all interactions.Minimum Qualifications: BS or equivalent work experience

2-3yrs related work experience

Prior experience in operations role is a plus

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Including Pivot tables, formulas, and charts.Additional Preferred Qualifications: MS/MBA or equivalent work experience
