What you'll do at

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
• Design and build reports, scorecards and dashboards to support business needs
• Generate insights, trends and actionable recommendations, leading to implementation of initiatives and projects and also optimizing/improving business processes efficiency
• Evaluate and build scalable solutions for our reporting needs – from granular to executive level
• Effectively present data and insights to key stakeholders, including Executive leadership team
• Ability to build relationships and work cross functionally within partners teams
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts

Who Are You
• You have prior experience in deep data analysis, including insights development and communication to senior leadership
• You have a passion for and keen understanding of data
• You are able to identify external and internal customer needs and develop requirements and dashboards that meet those needs
• You are a proactive problem solver who operates effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
• You have deep customer empathy, and champion the needs of customers and stakeholders throughout the development process
• You are intellectually curious, technically savvy, and maintain a sense of humor and humility

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or relevant business information management discipline
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field
• History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships in team settings
• Strong execution skills and ability to “drive” throughout a product lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to executives, business and engineering alike
