Description:

Core Functional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Consultant databases utilizing OMNI

  • Create and maintain performance, personnel, characteristics, holdings spreadsheets  using company CRM database

  • Prepare data requests on a regular and ad hoc basis

  • Communicate database requests and needs with Head of Global RFP Team and Consultants on an ongoing basis

  • Continuously refine best practices in data quality and administration

  • Assist with the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)

  • Prepare RFP/RFI/DDQ responses based on information gathered from internal database tools and acquired industry and company knowledge

  • Utilize Qvidian for static RFP language

  • Coordinate reviews by Portfolio Managers, Investments Writer, Head of RFP Team, and Compliance

  • Ensure timely completion of responses

  • Responsible for: reviewing data for accuracy and suitability in addressing questions, proofreading, editing and standardizing proposal text for proper grammar, comprehension, style and overall quality of the delivered document

  • Extensive interaction with investment professionals, management, compliance, operations, and other business partners


 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • OMNI and Consultant database experience a plus

  • Qvidian experience a plus

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services

  • Focus on details and propensity for working with numbers / analytical skills

  • Solid writing and editing skills

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to relate to professionals at various levels within the firm

  • Solid understanding of the investment management business

  • Ability to develop effective internal/external working relationships

  • Possess leadership qualities, self-confidence, problem-solving abilities, commitment to the team and furtherance of the firm’s business 

  • Ability to manage complex projects

  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage competing priorities

  • During peak production periods the individual may be required to work after regular
