Position Title: Associate Manager, Stable Value Strategic Service
Job Code: 448218
Job Location: New Jersey-Iselin

The successful candidate will join the Stable Value organization as a member of the Service Team. Stable Value creates and manages a suite of guaranteed products using proprietary and non-proprietary managers for distribution in the plan-based Retirement space through the Prudential full service recordkeeping business as well as third party channels and markets.


This position will report directly to the Manager, SV Strategic Service and support Stable Value products.


Primary Responsibilities include:

·         Support and project management for the creation and distribution of marketing materials

·         Preparation of audit responses to support FASB and ASU disclosure requirements

·         Performance calculations; Benefit Calculations / Valuations

·         Transaction processing and termination/cash out support

·         Client Statement processing and support

·         New client/contract set up

·         Supports resolution of service inquiries and issues

·         Development and documentation of operational procedures

Additional Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for data management and metrics related to Service activities

·         May act as SME and participate in projects related to Service activities

·         Makes recommendations and implements solutions to increase productivity and efficiency

·         Ad hoc requests or project work as required

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

·         Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Solid conceptual thinking skills

·         Solid written and oral communication skills

·         Ability to navigate through ambiguity

·         Proficiency in MS Excel, Word; Proficiency in MS Access a plus


Preferred Skills and Experience

·         Knowledge of FINRA/DOL regulatory and compliance requirements related to setup and administration

·         Experience working with investment vehicles commonly used in ERISA-covered plans (i.e. CITs, Insurance Co Separate accounts)
