**Purpose of the job**

The **Associate Market Access Director** is responsible for developing overall strategic direction and managing the performance of the Market Access and Outcome Research teams to ensure optimal reimbursement and realize the maximum commercial potential for Pfizer products. There is also need to ensure the alignment between Taiwan, Regional and Global Pricing and Reimbursement Strategies.


+ Plan the payer value proposition that enable and expand broad patient access

+ Develop pricing & reimbursement strategies to maximize the value of new products

+ Develop outcome research strategies to align with commercial and medical strategies of new and in-line products

+ Design OR studies in support of reimbursement dossier submission

+ Remain current regarding the external market access environment

+ Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and their organizational relationships in key stakeholder groups (payer, patient and physician)

+ Build and maintain solid partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, including Global Patient & Health Impact Team, trade associations, industry association, medical association and patient advocacy groups

+ Assess business impact of health care reform and new Pricing & Reimbursement policies

+ Manage and Develop market access and outcome research colleagues **Education**

+ Degree qualifications in pharmacy, business, health economics or related disciplines

+ Postgraduate qualification in MBA degree will be a plus **Experience**

+ Have 3+ years and a solid track record of working in the Market Access or health economics fields in the pharmaceutical industry

+ Have a comprehensive understanding of the pricing/reimbursement environment, HTA and the government review process

+ Knowledge and experience preparing and submitting dossiers

+ Product Manager experience is a plus **Competency**
