Functional Description:
Opportunities for Associate Marketing Managers exist across various business sectors, Frito Lay, PepsiCo North American Beverages, and North American Nutrition. Potential teams Associate Marketing Managers work within range from Regional and Global Brand Management, Innovation, Shopper Marketing, eCommerce, and Insights. Each experience sheds light into different consumer needs, promotional levers, and even joint venture business models! From the start of their career at PepsiCo, Associate Marketing Managers have opportunities to own and lead high impact marketing initiatives and collaborate cross functionally to drive business results. What you can expect:
An Associate Marketing Manager at PepsiCo will provide marketing and analytical support to Senior Managers and lead projects regarding the development of various marketing initiatives to assist PepsiCo in achieving its short and long-term business strategy. The work may require interaction with various marketing agencies and partners to help bring the brand strategy to life.

Position accountabilities may include:

  • Developing social and digital campaigns through insights to execute digital strategies and plans
  • Leading operationalization of annual brand operating plans
  • Working closely with sales to develop and communicate portfolio plans to the sales organization
  • Tracking brand and portfolio performance via scorecarding
  • Identifying and understanding the drivers of an increasing and /decreasing P&L
  • Supporting innovation teams in new innovation launches and concept development
  • Drawing insights from consumers and being their voice in product, packaging, or communication development
  • Partnering with agencies in the creation of brand positioning and communication strategies
  • Evaluating return on investment of different marketing campaigns
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute projects to successful completion across teams
  • Leading consumer promotions, events, and marketing programs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hold MBA degree prior to the intended full time start date
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum MBA GPA: 3.2
  • Include GPA (unless your school has a non-disclosure policy) and first location preference on your submitted resume. Potential work locations:

    • Plano, Texas
    • White Plains, NY
  • Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future
  • Pass a drug screen and background investigation

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through past work experience and extra-curricular involvement

  • Familiarity with emerging digital platforms

  • Ability to think outside of the box and drive creative solutions

  • Ability to drive and implement ideas and results in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Strong presentation and story-telling abilities with an understanding of and ability to influence stakeholders
