Please note: This is an office based position located at either our Phoenix, AZ office (off of E Washington Street) or our Philadelphia, PA office (located off of Penn Square).

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading large scale growth and migration implementation projects to completion performing all required project management activities including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques

  • Serving as liaison between the Business Intelligence team and all other functional areas which includes leading or attending all project related status and implementation meetings

  • Forecasting and tracking budgets for all assisted projects along with supporting the Associate Director with estimating and requesting funding

  • Making presentations to management or others on project updates, project cycle, and expected results as needed

  • Prioritizing and organizing assigned work to ensured projects are completed on time and in scope

  • Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise along with investigating non - standard requests and problems that arise during

  • Leading and contributing to continuous process improvements and team innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • BA / BS degree in Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

  • 4+ years of project management experience

  • 2+ years of experience acting as a Project Manager using PMI standards

  • 1+ years of healthcare experience  

  • 1+ years managing project or operating budget(s)

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Organized, detailed oriented, self - starter who works independently, manages projects with little oversight, and can lead multiple projects at the same time

  • Effective communicator who can work with individuals at all levels and at varying locations including offshore sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification

  • Reporting (Crystal, SQL) & Data Warehouse experience

  • Planview and / or Clarity experience

  • Experience working Medicaid, Medicare or managed care experience  

  • as part of a Virtual Team
