This position will perform various defined Automation laboratory activities in support of clinical, nonclinical testing for ligand binding assays. The responsibilities include but not limited to sample preparation method development, qualification and throughput using the Hamilton robotic workstation for multiple assay types, programming of basic to moderately complex custom Hamilton robotic workstation methods, perform routine Hamilton operation and maintenance, and data review. This position will also entail authoring of procedural and equipment qualification documents / technical reports. All activities must be performed in a GLP/GMP compliant manner according to company policies.


+ Perform various duties to assist in Hamilton robotic sample preparation development, qualification.

+ Assist with basic to moderately complex Hamilton programming, as needed. Perform wet runs of new/revised Hamilton custom methods as required.

+ Author procedural and equipment qualification documents / technical reports.

+ Perform routine maintenance on the Hamilton robotic workstation.

+ Perform Hamilton robotic workstation data review and troubleshooting.

+ Perform job responsibilities in compliance with cGMP/GLP and all other regulatory agency requirements. Perform other tasks as assigned.



+ Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years laboratory experience, or Master's degree with 1 year laboratory experience.


+ Successful candidate must have 1-3 years Hamilton robotic workstation experience. In addition, well-developed PC skills including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant scientific software are necessary.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

+ Experience working in a cGMP/GLP lab would be beneficial.
