Prudential Advisors is seeking a talented Associate Systems Developer to join the Management, Information Systems team. The Management Information Systems team is responsible for establishing and executing the delivery of information, reporting platforms and solutions to Prudential Advisor’s stakeholders, including the Home Office, Territory and Field Management Leadership teams.


In this role, you will be a key member of the Prudential Advisors Management Information Systems team and will work directly with Business Analysts, System professionals and Quality Assurance Testers. You will assist in carrying out coding and programming, consult with management in the analysis of short and long range business requirements and provide recommendations for innovations which anticipate the future impact of changing business requirements and needs.


Additional responsibilities include contributing to all phases of the system development and implementation process including development and testing.  You will contribute to the design and development of end to end solutions, including data models and provide ongoing support for Prudential Advisors Business Intelligence systems in an environment of diverse development platforms and computing environments.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in college level courses focused on programming/development
  • Fast learner with proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence trends and SAS based solutions
  • Solid understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Platform
  • Ability to grasp high level strategies while paying attention to detail
  • Passionate about computing technology
  • Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Moderate expertise in data modeling
