Description DUTIES: Lead regional marketing initiatives and provide integrated marketing strategies and expertise to maintain and strengthen the brand's leadership in the industry; utilize knowledge of regional marketing and business; perform marketing communications and promotion in a large multi-faceted organization; design and implement departmental budgets and multiple workflow processes; work with senior executives and high-level information; perform organizational communications, media relations, advertising, and marketing communications; perform quantitative and qualitative research; utilize knowledge of Creative Development (TV, print, direct, digital); plan media processes from the client perspective; lead advertising campaigns, brand positioning, and communication plan development and implementation for Latin American region markets; present analysis to clients and key regional players; make recommendations for adjustments to projects in progress; analyze outcome of campaign through results reporting and written analysis; keep track of the reports given by the media management team; keep track of the marketing initiatives in the local operations; create regional media plans; create and develop integrated multi-million dollar regional advertising campaigns. Travel to other AT&T and client facilities.



REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing or Business Administration and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in utilizing knowledge of regional marketing and business; performing marketing communications and promotion in a large multi-faceted organization; designing and implementing departmental budgets and multiple workflow processes; working with senior executives and high-level information; performing organizational communications, media relations, advertising, and marketing communications; performing quantitative and qualitative research; utilizing knowledge of Creative Development (TV, print, direct, digital); planning media processes from the client perspective; leading advertising campaigns, brand positioning, and communication plan development and implementation for Latin American region markets. Travel required up to 20% to other AT&T and client facilities.
