Audience Manager, EMEAR

What You'll Do
The audience manager will be the expert in how we reach customers across paid and own channels, utilizing segmentation and targeting tools and data to help us make informed decisions about what's working and what's not in our efforts to drive cost-effective sales. You will own the design, planning and implementation of audience targeting for all digital activity in EMEAR.

In this job you will:
* Demonstrate and document ways to perform analyses and gain insights via analytics solutions.
* Meet with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and define measurement goals.
* Design and document measurement solutions to track objectives, coordinating technical implementation of analytics tags & SDKs with internal and external development teams.
* Evangelize data-driven decision-making and best practices.
* Test and validate data collection to ensure proper functioning.
* Understand audiences across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet the demand of available and targeted segments
* Work with agencies/vendors to define scope, recommend measurable plans, budgeting, and creative execution for paid digital media campaigns
* Analyze trends to draw data-driven insights and share best practices/recommendations on effective digital media tactics to stakeholders
* Apply testing methodologies and analyze performance for campaign optimization
* Manage the planning, execution, real-time-bidding optimization, and reporting of programmatic media campaigns

We are the Digital team at Cisco and we ensure an omni-channel, data driven approach is taken across all Paid, Owned and Earned media.
Our mission is to, working closely with peers in-country, regionally and globally, lead the evolution in customer experience during the digital journey across in-person and different channels (web, social, media, mobile, direct mail, point of sale, etc.). With thorough understanding and knowledge of our audiences, we serve as trusted advisors to the marketing team and the sales organization. We analyze marketing campaigns and understand what is working and what isn't in real time.

Who You Are
* You have experience working with various web publishing & digital marketing tools: Eloqua, Unica, BlueKai, Google AdWords, Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Test & Target, LinkedIn, Tealium, DoubleClick (DCM)
* Experience working with analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture
* Prior experience with paid digital media account planning, with an emphasis on programmatic media & data-driven campaign strategies. You also have proven experience with integrated advertising campaigns across multiple devices (mobile-first) and media channels
* Demonstrable experience in managing digital media strategies for high traffic websites
* Achieved a Bachelors degree in digital media, business, communications, journalism, marketing, data science, or relevant/related field

Desired Skills
* Passionate about measuring what matters, developing test & learn paid media frameworks, & communicating with key stakeholders about ongoing opportunities for optimizing media to align with business outcomes
* Experienced with visualization software such as Salesforce and Tableau
* The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with agencies and vendors while driving results
* Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights for the business
* An ability to create digital media strategies on a small scale for pilots and a larger scale for business-wide initiatives
* Able to lead cross functionally - in a highly matrixed and entrepreneurial environment
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* A proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
