Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Audio / Visual Manager for Marymount University, in Arlington, VA.  

 

IT/AV event set up includes delivery, set up, tear down and testing of customer requested and/or room built in audio-visual and technology equipment such as projectors,  screens, microphones, laptops, small flat screen TVs, portable speakers, DVD players, and wireless presenter devices. 

 

Marymount events are scheduled throughout the year, including over the summer and in between semesters, during and after business hours and on weekdays and weekends.

Position Summary

Manages the provision of audio/visual services for client facility, including scheduling equipment maintenance, upgrading and renting equipment. May be responsible for phone system. Sets up/installs computers with assistance from on-site conference center support staff.
