Direct management of the remote team of hearing health professionals. The Manager will provide ongoing coaching and training, to ensure performance goals are achieved and maintained. Prioritize clinical best practices for quality outcomes. Provide literature review and training on relevant clinical processes. Implement policies and procedures to ensure cross - functional collaboration and data consistency. Conduct 1:1 meetings with field professionals


The Field Team Manager will collaborate with the Manager of Operations and Director of Field Operations to ensure alignment and team success.

Some travel required, 25% by car or plane.


The Field Team Manager will report to the Director of Field Operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Audiology (AuD), or Master’s degree if graduation was before 2006; and certification as required by state law
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with customers and other professionals
  • Basic MS / Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of hearing aid dispensing
  • Expertise with National Acoustic Laboratories (NAL) programming standards
  • Strong background in hearing aid dispensing along with fitting, and repairs
