The Benefits Coordinator supports the Corporate Benefits Department through administration, data maintenance and analysis required to operate the Company’s benefit programs. Essential Job Duties: Administration of company-wide leave of absence and ACA medical direct bill process. Liaison between Corporate Benefits and facility staff regarding leave of absences; manages monthly LOA audits. Administers UHS’ disability and life insurance claims. Assists in running reports, reconciling vendor payments, resolving carrier eligibility/data discrepancies. Provides Benefit Data Administration during open enrollment and related acquisition activity.
