The Benefits Coordinator supports the Corporate Benefits Department through administration of benefit programs.

Essential Job Duties:

Serves as liaison between Corporate Benefits and the Towers Watson Business Operations Center (BOC) for general day to day administration, employee cases/level 1 escalations and open enrollment specific to COBRA.

Serves as liaison between Corporate Benefits, Corporate Marketing and the Towers Watson Business Operations Center (BOC) for communications and fulfillment/expense tracking.
Supports HRIS for reversals, corrections and routine review and maintenance of standard system audit/error reporting. Develops HRIS queries and reports for facility and Corporate users.

Assists with administration of Company’s Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

Supports new hire orientation to Corporate, King of Prussia based employees. Supports benefits orientation for C-Suite Executives.

Supports leave of absence premium billing.

 
Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years' experience required; 3 + years experience preferred.

Must have functional HR knowledge or related HR experience.
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize appropriately. 
Strong time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
