ADP is hiring a Manager of Division Benefits. The person in this role is responsible for the management and compliance of the health, life, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, disability insurance and other fringe benefits plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as the Division's subject matter expert in plan design, administration and regulatory compliance. Ensures compliance with Section 125 Internal Revenue Code, FSA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, USERRA and any other applicable city, county, state & federal benefit laws. Directs operational implementation and incorporation of regulations into new and existing benefit products and offerings.
  • Defines and manages policies and procedures that support the organization's benefits offerings. Effectively communicates benefits regulatory requirements and procedural impact to the organization to applicable functional departments.
  • Oversees all required government reporting requirements applicable to the ADP TotalSource, Inc. Flexible Benefits Plans to ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings. Oversees and/or performs required plan non-discrimination testing.
  • Develops and provides benefit plan trainings to associates.
  • Reviews and drafts associate and participant communications.
  • Develops benefits business rules and standard operating procedures. Provides consulting/technical advice on complex issues in their area of expertise. Manages complex projects, project teams and budgets.
  • Works with business development to identify service offering, pricing and definition. May serve as a resource to regional leaders and associates. May manage and evaluate staff performance, typically on a project basis,
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-8 Years of Directly Related Experience with HR or HCM
  • Proven track record of people leadership and management

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • PHR or SHRM-CP
  • CEBs or other benefits/compliance certifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
