What You'll Do
You'll manage select U.S. benefit programs as you drive engagement, simplify the experience, and measure results.  Some programs are available globally, and for those, you'll collaborate with regional leads on engagement and best practices.  You have a passion for wellness and have experience determining if a great idea fits within a company's unique culture.  As part of your work in a benefits role, you have managed wellness programs or initiatives that address a variety of needs.  You understand the importance of metrics and will bring that area of focus to not only your programs, but others within our benefits portfolio.  You have also worked on designing and overseeing traditional benefit offerings such as dental and vision.  One of your strengths is the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive results.

You have a passion for employee benefits and love to utilize your benefits knowledge and expertise in the area of benefits design. You keep on top of market place trends, and understand how important employee engagement is.  You've got experience managing vendors and measuring success.  You have good analytic and decision making skills.  Your strong communication skills help you influence outcomes.  You thrive in a team environment with autonomy and ownership of initiatives that help employees and families be their best.

Our minimum requirements for this role include:
* Bachelor's degree 
* Experience designing benefit programs for a national employer, with knowledge of industry trends, and compliance requirements
* Demonstrated ability to manage health and wellness plans
* 5 years experience in HR, with 3 of them in employee benefits at a large U.S. based employer
* Strong collaboration and project management skills driving initiatives from innovation/exploration to implementation
* Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed HR organization
* Ability to work independently, with some direction/oversight in a fast paced environment
