Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides design leadership in large or complex development of end to end Hadoop projects involving application development, migrations and additions to existing applications
  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Helping large existing and potential customers with complex security requirements capture, solutions architecture, system design and technical project management
  • Work with software development professionals building applications in the big data environment
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with SDLC processes
  • Responsible for research, evaluation, and identification of alternative approaches to support Marklogic development needs
  • Recommends, designs and codes efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems for medium to large work efforts of medium to high complexity
  • Complies with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities within the Delivery Management environments

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Big Data/NO SQL environment
  • Proven ability to visualize complex issues and provide solutions
  • 2+ years’ experience with Data Modeling
  • Knowledge of various Architecture frameworks (such as ToGAG, DoDAF, FEAF, Zachman, etc.)
  • 2+ years of Agile Development experience
  • Experience with GIT version control system
  • Experience with SOAP, XML Schemas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NOSQL DB like Marklogic etc.
  • Experience with Splunk/Kibana
  • Experience with Hadoop technologies
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
