CNS Marketing - (Senior) Brand Manager Portfolio Strategy & Development


CNS is a strategic and high growth area for Pfizer China. In depression, we have the global #1 SSRI (Zoloft) and the gold standard SNRI (Effexor) within our portfolio and we have the only approved atypical IM antipsychotic for schizophrenia agitation in China. We are looking to aggressively grow this key therapeutic area in the coming years and this role will play a key role in making this happen.

Portfolio Strategy & Development is responsible for overall CNS portfolio strategy, developing key portfolio growth drivers, assessing portfolio progress versus objectives, facilitating access, and managing lifecycle management - with the objective of maximizing franchise value and meeting earing and revenue objectives.

The (Senior) Brand Manager is responsible for

-Input to to development of portfolio and brand strategies, key growth drivers, tactics, and platforms to optimize portfolio value

-Conduct market research to dig market insights and support new growth initiatives

-Develop key business metrics and track progress towards target and governance between cross functional teams in identifying and solving issues

-Facilitate access strategy and execution, especially around bidding and hospital capping

-Work closely with sales on optimal support required, structure, target setting and FTE allocation

-Drive new business models to meet emerging opportunities and business needs

-Manage & execute the integrated program for CNS

-Support Op Plan process across portfolio

-Manage life cycle management including product extensions, new product development and exploring new business development opportunities

-Interface with global and regional teams to leverage global best practices and support from global programs


Bachelor degree in Medical , Science, or Business, Master degree and MBA preferred

or above years marketing experience

Proficient oral and written English
