What You'll Do:


The position will articulate the Cisco Brand story and facilitate full funnel campaigns with targeted messaging to Executives, Business and Technology Decision Makers across key markets in Asia-Pacific and Japan. This role will also set up an in-house creative team to handle repetitive common creative tasks and asset creation

 

 We are looking for passionate data driven digital native marketers to

·       help shift perception of Cisco’s as a foundation for digital Transformation & engage audiences on priority topics

·       Localize, execute and measure effectiveness of global campaigns across Brand as well as Tier 1 campaigns in partnership with theatre teams, global brand team and APJ based SMEs

·       Incubate and scale in house creative team to

o   Build assets and content like EDMs, Banners, infographics, real-time responsive and social content etc;

o   Drive adoption of the services within APJ marketing team

o   Manage the production process

o   Build local content aligned to Brand guidelines

  • ·       Work with global and regional colleagues to share content
  • ·       Drive and report performance metrics to optimize content through frequent testing and data analysis to maximize ROI.

Who you are: 

The candidate should have rich experience in building and executing global brand as well as product lines specific campaigns across APJ and with global / regional / country stakeholders

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field. MBA or relative work experience preferred

·       5-10 years of brand marketing, campaign marketing experience in an agency or client environment preferably in the technology industry

·       Experienced in customizing global campaigns to APJ markets 

·       Good understanding of industry trends in content marketing, ad & marketing tech

·       Understand Cisco’s Brand Messaging and Portfolio of Offerings for different audiences.

·       Partner with SMEs and digital marketing teams to drive industry leading benchmarks

·       Analyze trends to draw data-driven insights and share best practices/recommendations on effective digital media tactics

·       Brand: Strategy development and management, Acquisition Integration, Research and Performance Tracking across various channels in Digital, Social and Video.

·       Drive continuous innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with the marketing team and top executives

·       Brand Management experience in the high-tech and B2B marketplace
