Job Details

The Business Service Manager supports the BT Country /Cluster Leads (client partners) to maximize the business value of BT investments by managing BT country operations and driving deployment and adoption of regional and global solutions and services. The BSM acts as a change agent and is planning and executing on technology initiatives on a market level. They also support operations in the market including HQ and FF services and smaller project activities. The BSM will be vital to ensure client satisfaction for BT services and solutions and will manage operational activities and escalations. Focus is the local market & on pan Pfizer services supporting roll-out and adoption as well as escalated operational support and directing local demand.

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ **Most Critical Behavioural Competencies or Capabilities:**

+ Own accountability for change management, cascading communications and support services escalations

+ Partner with BT Line and market contacts to operationalize change management plans (BSM's, change management delivery) and deliver solutions/projects effectively and efficiently

+ Develop market-specific plans based on feasibility and opportunity

+ Serve as a liaison between global program teams/service owners and BT Line leads

+ Adapt global materials to meet local needs

+ Track adoption/CSAT metrics at market levels: market scorecard

+ Operational support for non-infrastructure services (i.e. SharePoint team sites)

+ Works with other technology teams to resolve cross-functional service and support issues and escalate when needed

+ Ensure BT systems & operations act in accordance with global & local policies and compliance rules. (Information Security, Business Continuity and etc.)

+ Engages with BT infrastructure support teams in the identification of required improvement solutions

+ Understands client's operational needs in relation to the Country /Country cluster

+ Secures appropriate resources for local projects, engaging with the business, and facilitating service delivery

+ Analyse business requests to determine how best to create successful resolution & direct to appropriate solution centre


+ Strong project management skills

+ Clear and open communication consistently demonstrated

+ Knowledge of new technology, system analysis and design

+ Expertise in commercial enterprise technology and its application for achieving business goals/benefits

+ Corporate environmental awareness(Pharma) - both internal and external

+ Increasing effectiveness of commercial systems

+ Experience with SDLC(Solution Development Life Cycle) methodologies.

+ Customer service orientation

+ Contributor to team environment

+ Collaboration/relationship building and able to leverage matrix networks

+ Negotiation, consultation and influence skills

+ Ability to leverage defined quality processes to achieve optimum cost effective outputs

+ Fluency in spoken and written English and Korean
