Description:
The Senior Business Analysis Associate, Process Management position primarily supports both the day to day activities and project related activities associated with the Individual Life captive companies.  This individual will be responsible for reviewing the deliverables (reports and other materials) that need to be sent to our external counterparties and ensuring that they are sent within the required timeframe.  Additionally, they will support with the captive companies’ governance activities, such as assisting with the annual Board meeting, other committee meetings, and review of the controls and procedures supporting the captive companies.  Also, they play a key role in the covenant compliance process relating to the various Individual Life captive financing transactions.  This individual will be responsible for reviewing attestations responses by our business partners, reviewing the evidence of compliance from numerous sources, and determining its adequacy and working with the Captive Management team to ultimately conclude on compliance.   This individual will also work with the team on various process improvements and other initiatives across all the captive companies.

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, banking or insurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four years relevant work experience required; degree in a business/finance discipline preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; ability to adjust to competing priorities.
  • Date/goal driven.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient at ensuring and validating the completeness and accuracy of own work, and work of others.
  • Ability to work independently, and with individuals at all organization levels
  • Strong interpersonal, partnering and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
