We are hiring a critical role of a Business Analysis Manager, to serve as a strategic data lead who will help us push the envelope of data-driven decision, shaping our customer intelligence. This individual will be key in helping management anticipate the market, create and communicate the long-term growth plan, develop key cross functional relationships, and enable the organization to exceed its commitments.

Who You’ll Work With
The US Commercial Strategy and Planning team focuses on innovating and executing long term sales strategies that position the team to capture market share from the 24B TAM in the US. We drive initiatives to accelerate top line growth and improve sales force productivity and effectiveness. As a member of the US Commercial S&P team, this position will play a key role in enabling the execution of strategies and plans that align to the strategic initiatives of both our organization and those of our stakeholders.  This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic candidate who will drive key analysis, develop dashboards and visualizations, and lead data enablement projects that equip our sales leaders with the right information at the right time. This position requires a strong drive, cross functional collaboration, problem solving and strong communication skills, managing complex financial scenarios, and the ability to see the big picture while also having an understanding of the details. 

What You’ll Do
Be responsible for execution of US Commercial’s data strategy – this will include determining appropriate metrics, setting targets, defining reporting parameters, and coaching sales leaders on how to use the data within their teams

This role will lead the development of key metrics and reporting capabilities across all US Commercial Sales Motions in the customer lifecycle, across all architectures, and partner landscape

Partner with corporate data teams to discover and leverage existing data sources, as well as finding new ones; blend multiple data sources together to create a holistic data ecosystem; stay up to speed on the latest developments in data science

Collaborate with US Commercial stakeholders, Operations, and Finance teams to determine best practices in the overall data architecture and support the US Commercial team in efforts to close those gaps

Be the subject matter expert to the US Commercial team to provide intelligent predictions based on data and insights for architecture focus, sales metrics, program activities and tying outcomes to revenue

Who You Are
5-7 years of business analyst experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in business operations, business planning, analytics, performance management /controls
Solid analytical skills
Experience with many types of analytical tools and systems including Tableau, Excel, SFDC, SAP HANA, required
Experience with statistical analysis and tools, including visualization tools
Strong presentation and communication skills
