What you’ll do

As a Transformation Program Manager, you will be closely working with global strategy and operations teams within Supply Chain Commodity Team to transition, optimize and scale current processes. On a day to day basis you will activity participate and drive transformation projects around Streamlining process, best practices and efficiencies at scale for Supply Chain GSM organization.

The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of High Tech Manufacturing, Costing and Sourcing process, procedures and commodity negotiation principles, would be a strong communicator and negotiator who is comfortable working with internal teams as well as Cross Functional organizations and has an in-depth knowledge of the industry. Has the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment. Ability to work well with a variety of people from different functions, cultures and in a virtual team setting, as well as having the flexibility to take on different roles/responsibilities as initiatives evolve and change.

Active participation and leadership of transformational project work to improved business process and systems such as Value engineering.

Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 4-6 years’ transformation experience. APICS/NAPM Certification preferred. MBA is an added advantage. Fluent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. ERP- Oracle Implementation, Functional Knowledge would be a plus.

Who you’ll work with:

·     You will work with global strategy and operations teams within Global Supplier Management Team to transform business processes and manage the implementation of those solutions.

·     Work both globally and cross functionally with Commodity Manager, Value Engineering Central Team, Business Unit, Mfg Operations, Finance, CM partners, and Supply Chain Field Operations teams.

·     Work with peers on continuous process improvement.

·       Collaborate with IT to implement various platforms, tool and solutions. 

What you are: 

·       MBA preferred, B.Tech/BE in electronics, Computer Science or equivalent.

·     5 years of Experience and working with decision-makers within one or more enterprises in the supply chain domain or similar organizations.

·     Demonstrated business process Transformation expertise. Experience in facilitating, modeling and documenting development of current business processes or change to existing business processes

·     Consulting experience in business process improvement projects is a plus.

·     Experience in End to end Supply chain ERP Implementation will be appreciated.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

·     Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel competencies.

·     Must be self-motivated. Requires strong detail oriented program management and influencing skills to work in a broad Global environment.
