**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Business Development and Acquisition Director for the UK and Ireland Sales Center to drive revenue and new sales growth with emphasis on Strategic Services into New Logos – Hunter

• To take responsibility for the development and leadership of large complex sales opportunities within new logo multinational organizations

• Develop, qualify and drive large deals from concept to completion

• Understand the client's business and create/identify new opportunities.

• Maintain contacts at different hierarchical levels of customer organisations to deliver, identify and drive business oriented solutions for the customer

• Create a strategic sales plan to develop an in-depth network within global business customers and to spot opportunities at their earliest stage

• Set up an internal network to provide the best service towards the clients and ensure the quality of the services delivered

• Have a pro-active attitude in prospecting new business in emerging areas in order to present our services and solutions.

• Draw up proposals together with the pre-sales team (network consultants, bid managers, etc.) and in close collaboration with service and project management, so that we can present detailed technical and business-oriented solutions to the customers



Required (mandatory) skills, abilities, and relevant years of experience

This sales role will require the candidate to have a minimum of 5+ years of proven sales success in managing and working with large complex global organizations in a new logo acquisition capacity



Must be able to demonstrate successful track record working with large multinational organizations and working to projects in excess of £40m, whilst evidencing an established and loyal client portfolio

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

The Sales Exec will manage a defined set of ‘low share’ or ‘no share’ strategic clients / prospective clients and utilizes both short and long-range marketing and sales strategies to drive the client engagement, grow revenues and build executive relationships. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new sales by building relationships and creating new demands on a global and/or regional basis. Most contacts with the client happen at Telecom Director, CIO or VP Procurement level. Mainly focusing on the clients where there is no or limited existing relationship(s)



The Sales Executive grows the revenue base by selling core, strategic, IOT and mobility services. The focus is primarily to build on core services and to develop revenue streams in strategic services, including but not limited to Cloud Based Services, Unified Communications, Security and IoT.



**Education and Qualifications:**

Degree educated is essential
