Position Summary:

The Military Liaison (ML) is responsible for marketing and educating Tricare providers and the military community on services provided by Pinnacle Pointe Hospital. Liaison must be highly motivated, energetic and able to work independently.

Responsible for serving as the primary link between the facility, community, and region’s military bases/installations. Position identifies and maximizes military referral opportunities by assessing, managing, and developing referral sources. Position communicates with military referral sources on a regular basis to ensure needs are met. Position will also make marketing presentations at military installations throughout region to develop referral sources. Approximately 80% travel, including overnight, will be required.

 Qualified candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, provide excellent customer service and have a proven history of sales achievement. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, social services or related field. Three (3) years military experience – Military ID for access onto military bases preferred.

 
Requirements

Other Related Skills/Experience: Requires basic time management and organizational skills, strong interpersonal relationship skills and must be supportive of organizational philosophy/policies.  Must have computer skills to include Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.). Reliable transportation is required. Applicant can live outside of Arkansas.

Additional Responsibilities include: 
·         Plan and organize community education for health care professionals, community leaders and members of the public. 
·         Serving as the primary link between the facility and the military community. 
·         Maximizes military referral opportunities by assessing, managing, and developing referral sources.
·         Communicates with military referral sources on a regular basis to ensure needs are met.
·         Position will also make marketing presentations at military installations and Tricare providers throughout region to develop referral sources.

Must have a valid state issued driver's license.
