Foundations Recovery Network:

 

Foundations Recovery Network is seeking a talented Business Development Representative for the State of Louisiana, to establish and cultivate an extensive professional referral network within the assigned accounts. The successful individual will have a high level of documented success selling in the pharmaceutical, medical device or addictions industries.  This ideal person will understand and be able to address performance metrics with comfort and ease and have an already established network of contacts in the designated sales territory.

 

The Business Development Representative will:

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Exceeds screenings and admissions targets by establishing influence in market segments including, but not limited to: physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, mental health centers, etc. through a variety of avenues such as personal appointments and visits, phone calls, letters, emails and conferences.
  • Establish and cultivate an extensive professional referral network within the assigned accounts.
  • Facilitates and maintains consistent activity levels for the following:  weekly prospect meetings, facility tours, referrals and admissions.
  • All sales activities must be logged daily in FRNs Salesforce software.
  • Prepares and executes strategic business plans for the assigned accounts.
Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field or related psychology field, marketing, business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years recent experience in a metrics driven sales & business development setting.
  • Experience in addictions, dually diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for adults preferred
  • Extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Salesforce)
