Positions in this function are responsible for arranging the booking, set-up, and establishment of company presence at events and exhibits.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
  • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others.
  • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area.
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.
  • Support Vietnamese marketing materials development and media placement with local medias. This position will support all LOBs nationwide.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • 1+ years of event planning or marketing experience with in a matrix organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in meeting sales promotion / marketing targets
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese and Chinese

Soft Skills:

  • Experience in a deadline driven environment.
  • Experience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external).
  • Experience using organizational skills 
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
