Summary:

The Finance Business Intelligence (BI) Associate Analyst will manage projects and provide analytics and workgroup solutions that enhance productivity and eliminate or streamline labor intense work in the North America Beverages Finance Organization


Responsibilities:

  • Interact with finance headquarters and field locations on system enhancements utilizing new tools & approaches; clearly articulate benefits of automation to increase efficiency of routine tasks, provide enhanced analytical capabilities; perform complex calculations on large data sets
  • Responsible for planning, procurement, and execution of multiple simultaneous projects at any given point in time. Communicate progress and issues/constraints to stakeholders in a timely manner. Work closely with business partners to successfully implement solutions
  • Manage work request queue in accordance with team Project Management Office (PMO) policies
  • Work closely with BI technical team members to design and create efficient solutions using various BI tools. This may include MS SharePoint, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, MS SQL Server Services, MS Visual Studio .NET framework, MS Excel or Access using advanced Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
  • Evaluate, propose and implement new business software tools.
  • Lead continuing education seminars/classes on areas of technical expertise.



Skills & Capabilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Access/Visio)
  • MS Excel (Macros, etc.) and MS Access skills - VBA coding
  • Project management skills
  • Familiarity with various project management software/tools such as Microsoft Project, Clarizen, etc
  • Familiarity of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath / AutomationAnywhere / Kapow
  • Understanding of Tableau, SAP Business Objects or similar Reporting platform
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, QuickBase, Monarch a plus
  • Understanding of key finance & accounting concepts including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Education & Experience:
  • B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in either a technical (I/T) department or as a liaison between I/T and Finance
  • Analytical experience or equivalent business intelligence experience in support of the finance or accounting function
  • PMP or LSS certification a plus
