What you’ll do

* Partnering with cross-functional groups including Sales, Sales Ops, Finance teams closely at the time of key strategic deal structuring
Tracking deal/project profitability on an ongoing basis and comparing against the approved financials and publishing performance results
* Provide analytical support & financial guidance to Business partners to enable key business decision making through regular business reviews and pipeline tracking
* Defining Profitability envelopes to manage overall India profitability
* Develop a predictive margin model that looks at the deal size and discount % (bands) then suggest whether the deal is feasible to achieve margin targets
* Analyze the Profitability on a monthly basis with key focus on: Bookings, Margin Trends, backlog, Key Business highlights and callout for Quarter both from Booking and Profitability perspective
* Overall responsibility for revenue/bookings and margin forecasting and consolidation of the Monthly profitability reviews with key stakeholders
Project Management - India Compliance

* Support the SSF CFO in driving In-country cross-functional compliance meetings
* Own the Country readout to corporate management
* Own remediation plan and timely resolution for all sales/services (SSF) related compliance and all direct financial risks
* Proactively track Country Compliance Self-assessment checklist on Monthly basis
* Financial statement and Balance Sheet Reviews
* Goldmine Analytics for any expense policy exceptions
* Training within SSF and other key finance teams to drive awareness and address gaps/concerns
* Oversight / consultative in partnership with Country Compliance Governance team for non-financial risk issues
* Review remediation plans for non-financial risks; ensure timely completion
* Proactive Risk assessment for impact and likelihood, prepare Country Heat Map based on prioritization Matrix
* Ensure timely resolution of non-financial audit MAPs

Who you’ll work with

This role will report to India Sales Finance Director - Profitability Management for India and Project management - India Compliance 

Who You Are

- Degree in Finance related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience; and /or CA/MBA with 10+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP- revenue recognition policies
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional groups including Sales, Sales Ops, Finance teams
- Ability to partner at senior management level 
- Relevant experience in reporting and tracking profitability at project or overall level will be preferable
- Strong experience in directly or indirectly supporting business/sales teams
- Self-motivated, fast learner, with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal & communication skills
