What You'll Do :

Seeking a highly motivated individual to play a vital role in supporting our Advanced Services Business. The Business Operations Manager will lead revenue growth and improvement of financials from operational perspective working with Delivery Leaders and Finance team. Focus areas include Process improvement, Consulting business models from operation/financials view, Governance/compliance control.


Partners with business leaders to proactively provide technical expertise in constructing revenue and margin forecasts, recommendations and strategic plans based on business data.

Manages, leads and monitors business analytics to achieve overall business and company objectives, including improvement in Financials.

Performs complex data analysis to provide data intelligence using specialized domain knowledge and broad business experience.

Identifies, fixes, or escalates irregularities, issues, bad trend.

Supports and manages the process and management team discussion.

Implements process and functions, builds and maintains Measurement System (operational & financials).

Compliance and Governance.

Organizes ISO Audit preparation and process improvement.


Who You'll Work with:

The position will interact with senior leaders to provide key business analytics, support business reviews, and facilitate decision-making efforts.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement, evolve analytics with dashboards, identifying business trends, issues, challenges, and recommended actions to improve business performance.


Who You Are :

You are a team player who has the ability to influence best practices cross functionally and to take the lead in developing complex processes which not only affect immediate operations, but other functional areas. You are able to think “outside the box” and be an instrument of change. Experience with Tableau, databases, reporting automation, and business reporting tools a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree with at least +10 years of related experience or Masters + 6 years of related experience.

Strong mastery of Excel, Power point. Knowledge in Business Objects, and other financial tools is beneficial.

Must have experience in participating as a key member in a cross-functional team and/or international projects or programs of high complexity.

Must have people manager experience.

Experience and understanding of Services (Advanced Services, Technical Services, Renewals) and Finance organization, its processes, and its policies are a strong plus. Including knowledge of back office systems to support the business.
